The Brief: Our client was living overseas and looking to secure a property for their return to Australia. Their brief was clear, they were looking for a modern townhouse or house in Elwood with a pool, garage and space for their young family to grow into.

The Challenge: Being overseas, one of the major challenges was inspecting properties virtually while still providing them with a proper feel for the property. There were specific contractual terms that needed to be met and this meant we had to be ready for detailed negotiations with the vendor. Additionally, they were looking for something new/or renovated in Elwood which often meant we were showing him townhouses when a house was preferrable to them. When we found this almost brand new freestanding house we knew it was the one!
The Result: Infolio found this perfect off-market home in their preffered area, we negotiate all of their preferred contractual terms and assisted with settlement.
