The Brief: Our clients were re-locating to Central Victoria and they were looking for an English style home with established garden.

The Challenge: Initially they were looking for something worth about $900,000, however with the market increasing so significantly in 2020 and 2021 we needed to increase this in order to be able to find a home fitting their brief. During this period, the market was moving quickly and I needed them to be prepared to act quickly.
