The Brief: Our clients were two busy professionals looking for their forever home. They wanted a turn key property with a pool for their two young children to enjoy.

The Challenge: When looking for this property, there was minimal stock on the market, particularly family homes in blue-chip suburbs. They were looking initially in Elwood but wanted land for their children to enjoy (which is extremely rare and expensive in Brighton).
The Result: We convinced them to broaden their search areas and found this perfect property in Brighton East off-market (arguably the best house on the street). They are now excited to explore this beautiful pocket of Brighton East and enjoy their newly renovated house. It is ideal for this fun family to host parties and for their two children to enjoy the pool and the space to run around.
