The Brief: Our client was looking for a substantial block of land with enough space that there weren’t any neighbours near the house. They wanted an existing house with high ceilings and a garage, or the ability to build something new. Views and an established garden were essential.
Sale Type: Private sale under competitive bidding with another buyer.
The Challenge: The challenge was to hit everything on their list as this type of property rarely comes to the market. Additionally, the client was overseas making communication and inspections difficult. We facilitated many videos and photos of our preferred properties and shared our thoughts and recommendations via our WhatsApp group. The most challenging part of the brief was their request for high ceilings, many of the modern homes in the area don’t have these and they didn’t want a period style home.
The Result: We managed to find and secure a property that fitted their brief perfectly. Despite the competitive bidding, we were able to secure this beautiful property below our clients budget.
