The Brief: Our clients were looking for a generational home for their young family in Portsea or Sorrento. Specifically, a north facing property with multiple living zones. Ideally they wanted it renovated, but they were happy to take on a renovation for the right property. Privacy and location were very important factors to our clients however they didnt want to feel remote, so a substantial land size was needed to achieve the privacy.

The Challenge: Portsea and Sorrento are incredibly tightly held pockets on the Mornington Peninsula and there is very limited stock. It’s rare to find large parcels of land that are private as these tend to stay in families for generations. 36 Blaire Road’s long block had a beautiful Northern outlook, with an abundance of space to enhance the property’s landscaping with pool and a North/South Championship tennis court.
The Result: Using our extensive network and area presence, we were able to get access to several pre-market and off-market properties. We found Blair Road off-market and knew that it would be highly desirable given its location and size. We worked incredibly quickly and put our best foot forward to secure the property.
