The Brief:We were thrilled to act as vendor advocates for one of our long-term clients on their property in Duke Street, Windsor. They wanted to sell this property and buy their dream family home.

The Challenge: The home had been tenanted for some time, and was in need of some minor works to showcase it in the best light for sale. Infolio arranged all the property styling and minor refurbishment works on behalf of the vendor. We liaised closely with the vendor on the best sales strategy, price expectations and timing. We interviewed three local real estate agents and recommended they appoint Carla Fetta from Jellis Craig. We then recommended sales commission and incentive structures to ensure the best result for the sales campaign.

The Result: The property went to auction and successfully sold under the hammer above their reserve price. We then turned our attention to finding their new dream home with a clear budget brief.
