The Brief: Our clients were for looking for a period home that was renovated throughout and walking distance to cafes and parks. Their family included a small dog, so this home had to have a functional backyard and outdoor entertaining space.

The Challenge: At first, we were looking in Prahran and the homes were far too small for what they were searching for and the outdoor spaces were very restricted.
The Result: We were able to introduce the neighbouring suburb of Caulfield. We inspected multiple homes in the area until we found Masters St. We provided a free contract review which found the property in fact had a defective vendor statement and therefore caused the auction to be postponed. Knowing this was the only issue with the home, we negotiated with the agent & vendors to secure this home prior to auction on the condition that the Vendor Statement be rectified.
